Players are reminded of the following laws of the game regarding players equipment

1. Shin guards must be worn and they must provide reasonable protection.
2. Jewellery is not permitted. This includes watches and fitbits.

Referees will be asked to ensure that these laws are followed in all Kanata 7s games.
